Kaelyn completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Winnipeg in 2013 and then attended the University of Manitoba where she graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. It was her love for people, passion for teaching, and belief in the benefits of exercise and living an active lifestyle that led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She has spent most of her life involved in competitive sports, including playing volleyball for the University of Winnipeg Wesmen, and representing Canada at the Coastal Rowing World Championships in 2018. When she’s not pursuing her passion for fitness, you can find her reading books, hiking, or traveling the world.

Alyssa McAllister
Physiotherapist

Alyssa completed her Bachelors of Science at Brandon University in 2012 then went on to attend the University of Manitoba where she completed her Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2014.

These conditions include head turning preferences (torticollis) and/or plagiocephaly, toe walking, gross motor delays and a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. She is also skilled at helping babies reach specific milestones that they may be slow to acquire. Whether it’s an athlete with a musculoskeletal injury or a slow to develop motor milestone causing baby and parents frustration, Alyssa is passionate about working with parents and giving them the tools to help their children thrive in their gross motor skills and play!

Alyssa is also certified in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and works to treat orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries in those of all ages, (including adults who are kids at heart!)

When she is not at the clinic Alyssa can be found spending time with her family at the Kleefeld playground, camping, going for walks or biking.
